At the rehearsal hall, the camera finds John Lennon's favorite singer Gene Vincent, performing his signature song, as chastened Tom (Ewell) brings perplexed Jerri (Jayne Mansfield) in to begin the work commanded by her gangster boyfriend, in The Girl Can't Help It, 1956.
