1926, returning to Montana after six years at Dartmouth, Norman Maclean (Craig Sheffer) with his minister father (Tom Skerritt), then brother Paul (Brad Pitt), now a reporter in Helena, in director Robert Redford’s A River Runs Through It, 1992, from Maclean’s semi-autobiographical novella.
