A group of tourists are stranded at a country way station, where their fears arise when they are told of a "ghost train" which careens through the station at night. The ghost train turns out to be a real train, run by Russian gun smugglers, who are later captured by detective Teddie Deakin.
Only five reels of picture and two reels of soundtrack survive.
This film was released in Great Britain with a running time of 85 min. The film was also released in a Hungarian version in April 1933. Modern sources include Producer Michael Balcon, Associate Producer Philip Samuel, Screenplay Lajos Biro, Addt dial Sidney Gilliat, Design Walter Murton, Editing Ian Dalrymple and Sound George Gunn in the production.
