Cast & Crew
Buffalo Bill Jr.
After rancher Tom Ross unwittingly shows his newly acquired roll of cash to one of outlaw Landis' men, Landis murders Ross and steals his money. In addition, Landis knows that Tom has hidden a fortune somewhere on his property, but must flee before he can search for it. Months later, Tom's daughter Sally and her uncle are in danger of losing the family ranch to Landis, who holds I.O.U.s from Ross on gambling debts. Ross hires cowboys "Lightning" Bill and Barney to help fight Landis' gang, but the night before they are to take the cattle to market, the Landis gang turns the herd loose. Bill and Barney go after the cattle, leaving Sally and the Ross cook, Mathilda, alone at the ranch. When Sally sees Landis break into the bunkhouse to look for the hidden money, she realizes that he must be the man who killed her father and follows him. Landis pulls a gun on Sally, but Bill arrives just in time to save her life. Bill turns the money over to Sally's uncle, and Landis is apprehended, while the relieved couple embrace.
